I'm happy about my diet and achieving my goal weight. It wasn't easy this Summer. I've done my share of showing off my trim & slightly muscled physique at the beaches and loved all the attention. Bikini season isn't quite over yet but and I'm ready to get back to adding some serious muscle.
I'm actually thinking of working with a trainer and there's a good one at Angelo's (it really does exist). My only question is to stay natural? I was offered steroids and have always been curious about the results but also worried about health issues and other things. I just don't know. I asked the trainer and he said absolutely not. I know they're not good for you but what should I do?

I've seen them ruin perfectly good people, I say no.
ReplyDeleteStay away from them. Go as far as you can naturally first.
ReplyDeletePlease, don't be foolish, 'roids will destroy your natural beauty, which seems like something you have a lot of. That and they'll really mess with your body in general.
ReplyDeleteThat's kinda where I've been leaning and thanks for helping me make up my mind. I want to be huge but have a long life to live and don't want to mess that up.
ReplyDeleteXOXO Meg
Yeah, better to get buff with a hypercaloric diet, lots of protein and anaerobics workouts.
ReplyDeleteyeah, i would stay away from roids too. though you may want to look at supplements to increase muscle size, there was this add for something like nytric glouetine or something like that
ReplyDeleteDefinitely no steroids unless you are talking about an occasional cortisone shot to help with an injury. Be natural, train hard, and be happy with what you have.

ReplyDeleteYes! Stay clear and get your energy from your blog and the followers!
ReplyDeleteBtw: Maybe you can ask Angelo for that drink in Audiance Participation II ;)
Awwww if only that drink were real! Why can't real life be as easy as my dreams.
ReplyDelete>Why can't real life be as easy as my dreams.
ReplyDeleteBecause what's easy can be achieved by a lot of people, while what's hard requires much more ability and experience.
I'm with the "Steroids? Absolutely not" party.
