My Stupid Diet

It's been almost a month now of dieting and I've only lost a few pounds. WTF. I'm hungry & grouchy! Where's the twinkies?

  6. Aerobics workout burns more fat than anaerobics workout, but if you do anaerobic workouts, like weights training, you can burn fat even while you sleep, so it's reccomended to do these two. Also keep the caloric level of your food on a normal(not hipocaloric nor hipercaloric) level to keep yourself from gaining more muscle or getting hungry and grouchy, and consume lots of fruits and water, fruits are a good source of fiber.It's OK to eat a twinkie or two a week, though
